Ani Juranic was born in year 1963 in Rijeka, Croatia, where she still lives. Her profession is pedagogy professor, but photography, that she is occupied with for a last few years, has become more than a common hobby for her. She exhibited her work on thematic internet sites, as following: deviantART, hrphotocontest, fotozine.org, fotothing, ptičica, Epilogue, T-portal, photoSIG; Badrov Gallery in Zagreb (joint exhibition) and Restaurant "Nada" in Vrbnik on the Island of Krk (independent exhibition). More than several times Ani's photographs won various photo contests or reached the very top selection.
At this very moment she is not doing her profession; instead of that she works in decorative and commercial graphic design (announcements, calendars, wine and food catalogues, liquor labels, greetings, car sticks and labels, commercials in newspapers and magazines, and on a television, too).
To each one of her photos Ani transfuses some of her very emotions, that fulfills her and make her happy. She is especially fond of details, architecture of little coastal villages, as well as all forms of spontaneous situations.
